Level 2 Support Coordination

We help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans by connecting them with appropriate supports and services. Our Level 2 Support Coordination includes:

Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination

We provide Specialist Support Coordination for participants with complex needs, higher risks, or challenging service environments. This includes:

• Managing complex support arrangements

• Crisis and risk response coordination

• Multi-agency collaboration

• Safeguarding and protective escalation where required

• Reducing service breakdown risk

• Stabilising support environments

• Developing long-term sustainable support frameworks
